Lorelei's Fusionbeads Blog Challenge

Lorelei challenged us with a selection of beads from Fusion Beads..the Lucite leaves did not speak to me so they were left out..but i loved the faceted beads and was surprised at the wonderful pattern the pinched seedbeads created when stacked together. Typically , my thought about the clasp.."i can make that"..i must have some weird OCD thing cause that's one of the first things that always pops into my head..even if i can't actually make whatever..i have to try it out.. the light has not been cooperative today...but here is my piece

After getting familiar with these elements it's clear that i will be taking this thing apart and redoing it with more color.
I also have gained a new respect for bead makers who do clasps..

Oh Nan! I love it! I think you did a great job on the toggle!! A totally NAN piece- wonderful stuff. So glad you played along!
Sorry the leaves weren't a hit- I hope I can pick out some cool things next time. I think we'll be shopping at Ornamentea for the next one. :D

Wow - I really like how your necklace turned out. And the clasp? It looks terrific! The addition of the bright green really sets off the faceted firepolished beads. Great job!

How many times do I say "I could do that!" But usually I don't. Kudos for doing it and doing a wonderful job too. Love it.

Such a cool toggle! The seed beads are very cool stacked - I was so bust playing with them I never used them. This came out great!!!

This is a beautiful necklace! I understand wanting more color (I usually do!) but this does work in terms of both color and composition. If you do re-make it, I can't wait to see it!

This simply beautiful Nan! I love how you worked the mag beads! I love faceted beads myself--can never have enough!
